OOTD: My 26th Birthday Outfit #1!

Hope you guys are having a fantastic weekend! Finally, the weather is getting much warmer here in DC and rising to summer temperatures. Can’t wait to get out those floral dresses and rompers and enjoy the amazing weather 🙂

I’m done with my finals and got my spring semester of grad school done!! Just got my cap and gown in the mail and can’t believe that I’m graduating in like less than 2 weeks, ahhh! More updates about that later next month 🙂

Today’s post will be a short but fun one in which I would like to share my birthday outfit #1 that I wore for my 26th birthday which was on April 19th!

As I always say, I follow a very simple yet elegant style so this year, I bought a black with floral print dress which I thought was just too cute! I got it from Kohl’s at a reasonable price. I chose florals and spring as my theme for this year so I was able to accentuate the look with some lovely accessories, nails, and the cake to perfectly match everything to the wonderful season of spring as well ❤

I decided not to wear a necklace since there are already several floral designs but I did match it up with matching floral earrings and a sparkling black bracelet:

Here are my lovely nails that I got done during my manicure at the nail salon! Isn’t so pretty?!

I also added a cute floral handbag which I thought it really bring some style to this look 🙂

Here is the glimpse of the chocolate cake and vanilla whipped cream that I had for my birthday! I chose all the colors myself and was just so happy that it turned out amazing ❤ Just loved it 🙂 Everything was a flower, spring theme and glad everything turned out as planned!

 

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Yet to celebrate my birthday at a fancy restaurant. As I mentioned in my previous post, my mother wasn’t well so couldn’t celebrate with the family but I’m really hoping that I can do it this weekend! I have another birthday outfit that I chose and a post coming soon so stay tuned 🙂
