Indian OOTD: Traditional Silk Sari πŸ’™

header

Hello my wonderful bloggers!

How’s everyone doing? Hope you guys are having a marvelous month of October and aren’t you excited that Halloween is coming up?!

What are your plans for Halloween? Would love to see pictures of your costumes/fashion styles and or makeup ☣️

So I will be doing another OOTD post for this week. During the month of October, coming from and Indian cultural background, we always have a fun festive season called Navaratri, which is a Hindu festival where ladies worship all the lovely three Goddesses for nine days (Durga, Saraswati, and Lakshmi). All Hindu women in different parts of India (whether North or South) celebrate this joyous festival by conducting pooja’s and prayers for these goddesses, wearing Indian traditional outfits, cooking delicious meals, going to events like Garba, etc. It is just a fun filled season for all of nine days! πŸ’œ

I wanted to share my outfit that I wore for this wonderful festival in which I wore this gorgeous pink and orange shade silk sari. I just love the color of this sari and was just perfect for the festive season!

Here is the look πŸ’—

Lucky you- it is hard to find good pieces. I am quite picky with jewlery pieces πŸ™‚
