Hello my lovely bloggers!!
Hope you all are doing well and ahh, can’t believe it’s already almost April! March was def a busy month for me but can’t wait for April since it’s my bday month ❤️ Will keep you posted more about that later 🙂 Sorry I’ve been kinda slacking on blogging due to a packed schedule but have been trying to keep up with everyone’s blog posts 😊
So, I thought I could do a Outfit of the Day post since I haven’t done one in a while.
In today’s post, I will be showing a new look that I created on my own which portrays the Indo-Western style!
As some of you may not know, I’m an Indian American in which I was born in the US and my parents are from India. I love to have a fusion style to my outfits and thought I could create a look which depicts both Indian as well as the Western traditions.
Top
I chose a simple cold shoulder black full sleeve top since the weather was def pretty chilly. Got this lovely sweather from Macy’s for $12!
Bottom
I got this Indian multi-colored skirt from an India mela or event that I went to! Isn’t it just gorgeous?! Just love the intricate details on this maxi skirt!
Accessories
- I decided to wear this beautiful colorful peacock statement necklace. I just love this necklace and thought it would go pretty well the colors of the skirt.
2. I wanted to flaunt my Indian heritage so decided to pair it up some lovely gold colored jhumkhas or dangling earrings
Finished up my look with some subtle makeup and a red bold lip!
It’s a simple yet elegant look that can be worn to any Indian events or even occasions such as to the temple, weddings, and other festivities ❤️
Hope you guys liked my look and would appreciate your feedback in the comments below 😘
Hopefully some informative tips post coming up soon so stay tuned 💚
Until next time & with lots of love,
