Hello to my fabulous blog friends! 💜

Hope you all are having a good April so far! I really hope you guys are staying safe and healthy during this stressful time due to COVID-19. Take this time to just relax and don’t be hard on yourself. You’re doing the best you can, just be patient and we can all get through this together 🙂

Today is my 27th Birthday! It def sucks to have it during the quarantine but it’s totally fine. My only wish right now is that I would like to be healthy, happy and safe and also my friends, family, and everyone around the world to stay safe as well during this crisis.  I’m just so blessed and thankful to have loving family and friends who are always there for me and that God has given me a healthy and happy life and that’s always my wish for the years to come ❤️ I would like to thank each and every one of you, also my blog friends that I’ve known for a year or so for being part of my life and always encouraging me and showering me with love and support! This really means the world to me and am so grateful for you all once again 😘

I just wanted to do a fun blog post so I would like to share 28 facts about me! I thought this would be a fun way for my blog friends as well as new fellow bloggers to get to know me more as a person ❤

27 Facts About Me

1. I’m Indian American, born in Pennsylvania
2. I love puppies; they are just incredibly cute!
3. I love dancing whether its Classical, Pop, or Bollywood.
4. I learned Indian Classical Dance (Bharatnatyam for 12 years) and Indian Classical Music for 9 years ( my mom is a music teacher)
5. I love learning new things on the Internet
6. I’ve embarked on a self-discovery journey for the past 6 years and it really feels amazing! Will talk about that later in upcoming posts
7. I traveled to several countries but my favorite would be Switzerland
8. I used to learn the flute but stopped it around the 8th grade since I had to focus on other career aspects
9.  Most of my cousins live in California
10.  I love helping people and making them feel better about themselves
11. Music makes me the happiest person and changes my mood instantly!
12. I’m a very straightforward, genuine and loyal person
13. I’m a very passionate and ambitious person. I hate wasting time and will do anything to reach my goal
14. I’ve started to focus more on self-love and self-growth but at the same time I try to help others around me and make them feel better about themselves
15. I used to have really long hair when I was a kid; now I cut it short
16. My fave food is fried rice & taco’s and dessert is chocolate cake with vanilla whipped cream
17. I’m always myself, I never compete with anyone, and I enjoy seeing other people succeed
18.  I love shopping but am very careful with my budget and try to buy items with a reasonable price
19. I used to be addicted to chocolate when I was young. I still love chocolate but barely have it now since I’m on a diet
20. I’m a pure vegetarian by birth and have never tasted meat; I’m very health conscious and restricted on diet
21. I don’t drink coffee or alcohol due to acid reflux reasons
22. I do cook a bit but would really like to learn how to cook a variety of dishes very soon!
23. I’ve only been to 1 wedding in my life
24. I’m a huge fan of Leonardo DiCaprio, Shah Rukh Khan, and Adam Levine
25. On the outside, I seem detached but internally, I’m pretty emotional and sensitive
26. I love arts and crafts and I get inspired by bloggers who do amazing DIY 🙂
27. I believe in always being yourself. I’m always the simple fun girl who deeply loves and cares for her friends and family 🙂
28. I’m currently doing a lot of side hustles. I’m currently in the process of writing my book and planning to publish it in a month or two.

So my blog name is called Be-you-tiful and here is my link: beyoutiful

My blog is called Beyoutiful because I’m a girl who always believes in being yourself. Beauty doesn’t just come from your looks but its mainly about your personality and how you shine as a unique individual. Every person should have something different about themselves whether it’s your personality, academics, talents, etc.. I believe those are the things that make you beautiful and stand out from the rest of the crowd. I know each and every one of you have something unique about yourselves so please don’t hesitate to share your ideas/talents/creativity on here and while blogging because that’s what blogging is all about and we inspire and learn from one another, encouraging each other to become our better version of ourselves! I write about many different things such as fashion, beauty, fashion, general things as well as the talents that are special to me which are photography, DIY, OOTD, Poetry, Drawings, etc.

It’s been about 3 years since I created my blog and it’s been an amazing experience!
