Happy Spring: Cherry Blossoms!

Hey everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well and Happy Sunday! I’ve been busy with assignments lately and have a lot of catching up to do with my blogging. I’ve been nominated for more awards and tagged in fun games by my wonderful blog friends. It will probably take a while to post them but will definitely do them soon so you guys all have to be patient 🙂 Thank you to those who thought of me when nominating me for these awards/tags. Really appreciate you guys ❤

It’s the beginning of Spring which is my favorite season and thought I could post a quick blog post about the beautiful Cherry Blossoms that have bloomed in my state! The temperature is now getting to 75 degrees and just really enjoying the weather and adoring the incredible beauty of Mother Nature! The only thing that I dislike is the really bad allergies which made me sick for the past 2 weeks 😦

Anyway, you all know that I love nature photography and  that I’ve been capturing photos of Mother Nature along the way so here are few of my Cherry Blossom photos 🙂

These are only a few of my pics but hoping to post a lot more if I can get the chance to take a walk around the park and explore the beauty surrounding me.

Hope you guys enjoy my pictures and if any of you guys reside in the US, please visit DC where we have a Cherry Blossom Festival every year along the Potomac River. It’s just so serene and gorgeous 🙂

Just wanted to write a quick blog post in my spare time but now back to working on my assignment!

The Exquisite Essence of Flowers

Be-you-tiful

Hi Everyone!

As mentioned in my previous blog posts, I started my own nature photography called artofnature101 and have been taking photographs of Mother Nature for the past few years. During my strolls through colorful gardens & experiences with different amazing cities, I’ve been capturing shots of the beauty & essence of various flowers that Mother Nature has contributed to his incredible world! I love taking pictures of flowers because the wide range of colors that flowers portray each have a symbolic meaning of feelings & emotions such purity, harmony, love, friendship, affection, sympathy. Flowers express these symbols through their exquisite qualities, delicate shades of color painted on their petals, and the their blossoming nature. Every time I see a flower at a garden, I’m always mesmerized by their stunning beauty & happiness just floods all across my face. Here are a few of my flower shots:

The Extraordinary Beauty of Sunsets

Hey guys!

As I mentioned in my previous posts, I’ve been working on nature photography for the past few years. In my last nature post, I posted pictures of various flowers that I had taken along this photography journey. For the past year or so, I adore taking photographs of sunsets whether its from my balcony window, taking a walk on the beach, or when visiting a favorite country of mine. I just love viewing how the sky paints hues and shades of pink, orange, and red across the horizon as the sun sets in the evening.

Here are some of my sunset photographs:

Hoping to take a lot more sunset pictures along the way! Hope you enjoy my pictures 🙂

Top 10% Popular Photographer Recognition

So for the past few years, as mentioned in my previous blog post, I got inspired from the incredible Mother Nature on my college campus during my undergrad and started my very own nature photography called artofnature101 🙂 I’ve been taking photographs of gorgeous nature by taking strolls along the college campuses, having long walks on the beach, & various travel experiences. I recently joined a photo contest community called ViewBug and shared all my vivid photographs along with other amazing amateur & professional photographers. Being an amateur photographer and beginning this hobby a few years ago, I received a lot of recognition for my pictures from judges such as Member Selection and Winter Selection awards and won several awards by peers for outstanding creativity, top choice, all star, superb composition, etc. I was even more surprised when my peers voted my pictures in the top 20 or 30% in that photo category.

I recently got an email from ViewBug.com for the 2016 year in review and I was really surprised when the email said that I was voted as the top 10% most popular photographer of 2016!!!

Never expected this but I really hope to bring lots more fantastic photos to share to the world  and I’m very glad to receive recognition among professional photographers for my talent 🙂

Photography- Inspiration from Mother Nature

Have you ever just admired Mother Nature from afar and felt that you were all of a sudden on cloud nine, standing in the middle of that vast beauty with the cool breeze brushing across your face and the autumn leaves or the winter snowflakes falling gracefully on your hair? Have you just adored how the buds blossom into beautiful spring flowers or how the summer scorching sun radiates heat on to our bodies, covering us like a blanket to keep us warm and happy?

Yes, I’ve had such an amazing experience and got the time to enjoy the beauty & understand the language of Mother Nature! During my undergrad, I would take walks around campus to explore the beauty that Mother Nature contributed to the world during the four seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter 🙂  The incredible nature around the campuses inspired me to start my own nature photography! Here are some of the various seasonal shots that I had taken on campus during my walks. This picture below was taken during Spring around March when it was the Cherry Blossom time of the season:

I was able to capture the colorful season of Autumn with all of the yellow and orange trees blissfully swaying to the cool breeze as I was walking to class.

I believe I took this picture during the winter storm in January. I was standing at the bus stop as I watched tiny snowflakes and water droplets slowly start to stick to the tree branches, painting a stunning black & white scenery all around me!

Last but not least, this is a photo that I took which just portrays a view of the campus on a hot summer day in New Jersey symbolizing happiness & serenity 🙂

It was such a lovely experience just strolling along campus, exploring the world around me and unfolding the intricate details of Mother Nature! To all the people out there, whether you are enjoying your vacation spot, taking a walk in your neighborhood or on a college campus, please devote a few minutes of your time to just discover & appreciate the phenomenal world that Mother Nature has given us 🙂
